Plan for Life: Free limted legal services for people living with ALS

Ride for Life thanks everyone who applied in December for a Plan for Life grant, which will provide up to $750 to assist ALS patients who are facing critical legal issues, such as dealing with health care providers and insurers, applying for disability benefits, financial matters, or protecting an individual’s most personal end of life decisions.
Watch for your next opportunity to apply for a Plan for Life grant beginning March 1st, 2006.
