The spirit of those who struggle each day living with ALS and never give up hope for a cure has been captured in a new music video called Ride for Life.

The video is dedicated to the ALS patients who participate each year in the Ride for Life, an annual event in which ALS patients ride their electric wheelchairs down the highways and through the neighborhoods to raise funds for a cure and create awareness for the disease.

A special thanks to News12 Long Island which provided the video footage used to make this music video.

The uplifting and soulful soundtrack was written and composed by (see photo right to left) George Linitz. Anglea Workman, who sang backup with Ray Charles for 10 years as a one of his RAYLETTES, provided the powerful vocals and Danny Obadia co-produced the song.

What is a podcast?

A podcast is a web feed of audio or video files placed on the Internet for anyone to subscribe to, and also the content of that feed. Podcasters' websites also may offer direct download of their files, but the subscription feed of automatically delivered new content is what distinguishes a podcast from a simple download or real-time streaming.
